Amelia Insurance Services was started on May 16, 2006. We moved our office to Victoria, VA on August 1, 2008. Amelia Earheart was a pioneer in her field, and therefore, the name “Amelia”.
Amelia Insurance Services, is a full-service Insurance agency, We can help with all kinds of insurance, Bonds, Bill Pay, Notary, and other service related to protecting your investments.
The Owner.
Joyce Redford is a native of Lunenburg County and graduated from Central High School. She moved back to the County in September 2006. Joyce has been in the insurance business since 2003. She has a background in business and finance.
She was with the Crewe-Burkeville Chamber of Commerce from 1998 to 2005, as Secretary, President and Executive Director. Current Community activities include Lunenburg County Chamber of Commerce, Southside Emmaus, Kairos Outside Prison Ministry (Central Virginia), 'a Good Bit Better Mission, Lunenburg Trinity Church, and the Focus Group of Lunenburg.
