transaction information, such as your premium payment or claims history

We only disclose information about our applicants, customers, and former
customers as permitted or as required by law in conjunction with our
normal insurance operations. Here are some examples:

appraisers, investigators or attorneys involved in the processing of an
insurance claim; businesses that help us with data processing or
marketing; parties who perform a business, professional or insurance
function for us including our reinsurance companies; and lien holders,
mortgagees, lessors or other persons shown on our records as having a
legal or beneficial interest in your policy. We may be required by a
court of law to provide information in connection with a legal
proceeding. We may share information with consumer reporting agencies
and insurance support organizations. We may share information with
government agencies that conduct examinations of our procedures.
What do we do to protect nonpublic personal information?
While your nonpublic personal information is under our control, access
is limited to those employees who have a legitimate business need for
such information with respect to your insurance coverage. In accordance
with applicable state and federal regulations, we maintain physical,
procedural and electronic safeguards to protect the privacy and
confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information.

We reserve the right to change any of our privacy policies and related
procedures at any time, in accordance with applicable federal and state
laws. You will receive appropriate notice if our privacy policy
